Review and Swatches- Rouge Bunny Rouge Milk Aquarelle in Almond Milk Parfait Foundation

Rouge Bunny Rouge Milk Aquarelle in Almond Milk Parfait Foundation
Hi everyone,
I'm kind of missing the real winters this year. The weather's cold but not the one we Doonites are used to. Global warming, I think so. What condition is winter in your place? Couldn't post yesterday because was pretty disturbed to hear about the barbaric act in Saudi Arabia.Very very disappointing & tragic.

Coming on to today's post, I'm going to review of the foundation that I have used in most of my makeup and outfit posts last year. Yes, I'm here with my experience with the Rouge Bunny Rouge Milk Aquarelle Foundation in Almond Milk Parfait. Soyou can well imagine from this fact how much I admire this foundation.

What company says...

Rouge Bunny Rouge Milk Aquarelle in Almond Milk Parfait Foundation
These same gentlest of natural phases of tone and transparency are translated here for RBR MILK AQUARELLE foundations. Five shades of delicately creamy swathes of colour, in a mélange of stirred light, to giving your complexion brightness and lucidity. Stroke yourself with innocence and comfort and watch as others sway towards you, helpless, like netted birds, caught by a sudden feeling of tenderness.
The dreamily light gel texture blends and moves with the contours of the face like a second skin and minimises imperfections to give the appearance of a flawless complexion whilst allowing your natural beauty to show through.
Packed with skin-saving protectors and botanicals including Detoxyl, a powerful anti-pollution ingredient to keep the world at bay and Bamboo, which conditions, softens and repairs the skin. Shea Butter nourishes; Panthenol imparts long-lasting moisturisation, stimulates cell regeneration and normalises skin. Egyptian Lotus and White Water Lily Extracts protect, soften and fight free radical damage.

Packaging

Rouge Bunny Rouge Milk Aquarelle in Almond Milk Parfait Foundation

Rouge Bunny Rouge Milk Aquarelle in Almond Milk Parfait Foundation

Rouge Bunny Rouge Milk Aquarelle in Almond Milk Parfait Foundation comes in a black cylindrical  cardboard cover case decorated with butterflies and flowers that look like from an enriched garden(unfortunately I was sent the foundation without the outer covering). After opening the outer box, unveils the foundation bottle that is housed into the bottom of the box neatly. The bottle is made of a frosted glass so you can't see the  true color of the foundation through the bottle. The bottle comes with a black pump and cap. The pump bottle gives just the right amount of product and makes the application so easy. Overall the packaging is completely luxurious and splendour. Though the bottle is a bit heavy but I haven't to face any problem while travelling with the foundation. I'm reviewing this foundation now when my bottle is almost finished. Anyways, I think it's the most attractive foundation packaging I have ever used.

Smell and Texture
I didn't notice any smell in the foundation. It has a soft and smooth texture that is gel-like and creamy, but it's not runny or watery. It's like cool whip because it so light weight. Due to its gel-like formula, it spreads like a dream on the skin. I think it's the easiest foundation to apply ever with no effort.

Application & Effect

When you open the cap you will find that it is very easy to pull off and put back on. The pump works great and makes it easy to control how much product you want to dispense. I apply the foundation with a brush or sponge. You can use a brush, beauty blender, sponge or your fingers. RBR recommends to use a foundation brush to apply the foundation and I think it's absolutely true because it makes the application perfectly flawless. I need just one pump to cover my face and neck. As I said above that how easily it spreads on the face. The most amazing feature of this foundation is that it doesn't settle into your fine lines and gives a smooth, even and luminous finish. The Milk Aquarelle Foundation has a light to medium coverage but it's buildable up to a full coverage. It feels so lightweight on the skin and behave like your second skin.It The amazing light and fluffy gel like formula  looks flawless on the skin and feels so silky and smooth. The Milk Aquarelle foundation never feels greasy or sticky. It minimizes and blurs your flaws and imperfections. Whenever I wear this foundation I feel so luxurious because it is filled with ingredients that nourish the skin.

Lasting Power

After testing it many times, I found The Milk Aquarelle foundation a full day lasting foundation. At first, I tested this foundation when I was going for a day out with my friends. I applied it in the morning and after 12 hours I didn't notice any change in it. The only change I noticed was in the satin finish that I had got in the morning, had slightly changed into a dewy finish look that was looking so beautiful and glowing.

Bad points

Some may find it a bit pricey but to see it's high quality, It's worth every penny you invest in.

Finally...

Finally, I don't have words left to praise this foundation. Just want to say that it's the best foundation I have ever used. My bottle is about to finish now and no need to mention that I have ordered a new one. I guess I also want to try the Rouge Bunny Rouge Time Defying Foundation. To see all class of the Milk Aquarelle foundation, I'm thrilled to try the other one. Highly, highly recommended. Completely sure that you all will love it.
